UK Standard Delivery
All orders will be despatched via standard 2nd Class UK mail. We would advise that packages sent by this method are usually received within two to five working days from despatch.
Delivery Costs
As we offer various products the postage costs of various weights and sizes we have shown the postage costs at the end of each product description.

Our Returns Policy
Thinking of returning an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation please let us know on 0845 257 6374 or alternatively email info@flat-living.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but if you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with a copy of your invoice) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement – whichever you prefer.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
